Mother’s Day Gift Arrives

on May 4, 2021

I just popped on to pass on what I think would make a great Mother’s Day gift!

Does your Mom have some time on her hands? Does she need some encouragement?

Well, I am a Mom in that situation, and I have been really enjoying reading…

The One Year Experiencing God’s Love Devotional

The short devotionals each stand alone, so she can start reading anytime and get the fullness of God’s love for her in every devotional. The author, Sandra Byrd, is a gentle soul, with keen insight into living a life filled with spirit. I highly recommend this book!

If your Mom enjoys gardening, then you may want to send her this book instead…

The One Year Home and Garden Devotions

This is another good devotional by Sandra Byrd.

Don’t think your Mom would want a devotional? Then how about an Historical Mystery Novel?

Lady of a Thousand Treasures

This book pulled me into the mysteries of the art world of 1860’s England.

It was haunting. I thoroughly enjoyed this book!

(In fact, I just looked on Amazon, and it is on sale now! The Kindle version is only $1.99 !!)

Pick one or two books, and I’m sure your Mom would love them!

They can be delivered by Mother’s Day too! Awesome! Just click any of the book titles and order!

You can see more of the books by Sandra Byrd HERE.

(Just so you know, I do NOT get any compensation for these links. I am honestly making a recommendation for you.)

Interestingly, I sent my mom a devotional for Mother’s Day, The Songs of Jesus by Timothy and Kathy Keller. She loves devotionals, so I might send her the two here as well. Thanks for the suggestions. Oh–and she loves gardening too!

    • I hope your Mom loves them! I think it is hard to find really good devotionals, and I am so enjoying “The One Year Experiencing God’s Love” that I had to suggest it here. Thanks for letting me know about your Mom enjoying devotionals.
