How to Be Loved

on November 15, 2015

Do you feel loved?  Right now?  This moment?

There are times in all our lives, when we don’t feel loved.

Maybe it is a lack of love you feel, because of your parents not loving you enough.

Maybe it is a lack of love you feel, because your spouse does not love you enough.

Maybe it is a lack of love you feel, because of a friend who disappointed you.

Maybe it is a lack of love you feel, because you are single and have not found someone to marry.

But no matter what lack of love you feel,

Jesus Christ loves you every day, every moment, no matter what!

There is no lack of love in Jesus.

Any lack of love you feel is a wound.  Jesus can heal your wounds.

There is no love greater than the Love of Jesus.

No matter who has hurt you, Jesus can heal your wounded heart.

Jesus can heal your wounded body, and heal your wounded mind.

Let Him love you.  Let Him cover you in healing love, healing grace, and in His healing power.

I have seen many prayers of healing answered. –>

There is no need to worry but if there is anything you need, pray for it, asking God for it with prayer and thanksgiving” (Philippians 4:6).

I know that “Prayer changes lives”!  I have seen it.

My life was changed by cancer, causing deadly damage to my body,

but I never lost hope.  I trusted God’s love, and He healed me of cancer.

(To read about how prayer healed me of cancer, click here.)

Open your heart to God.  Let Him in.  Trust His healing Love.

If you believe that Jesus is the Son of God and your Savior, then you have His Love! –>

“If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in them and they in God.  And so we know and rely on the love God has for us.  God is love.  Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.” (1 John 4:15-16)

No one and nothing can take the Love of Jesus away from us! –>

As Apostle Paul said, “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?” (Romans 8:35)  “No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.  For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers,  nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:37-39)

Jesus himself said, “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love.” (John 15:9) and “This is my command:  Love each other as I have loved you. “ (John 15:12) “By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” (John 13:35)

This is the kind of love that is real true love.  Seek this in the people in your life, and love them with this same love. –>

“Love is patient, love is kind.  It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.   It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.  Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.  It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. “   (1 Corinthians 13:4-7)

This is the Love Jesus has for you.  His love is endless and true.  His love is trust-worthy.

Love Jesus as He said Himself,”Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and all your strength.” (Mark 12:30)

Love Jesus with true love, because that is how He loves you.

He loves you always, every day, and forever.

What a blessing!
